Sneakers Plus.ca Policy
All Sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Sneakers Plus. You may return the item to Sneakers Plus within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
All returns must be authorized by Sneakers Plus. Please email us at sneakersplus@hotmail.com to request an authorization number.
Authorized returns are accepted 30 days after the date of purchase.
Items may be returned at your expense for a refund, but the original shipping charge is not refundable. Orders with free shipping will have a shipping charge added when returned. All items must be in their new, original selling condition with all tags and any extras intact. Orders should be wrapped or boxed and paper should not be taped to the outside of the product box. Your authorization number must be written on the address label.
Any procedures not adhered to may result in your return being refused.
Refused items will be charged a return shipping fee as well as a restocking fee.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges and/or terms may be modified in certain circumstances. In that event, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with your order.
