All Items Labelled "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund.
We Do Not Accept Returns from the U.S.
All other items are refundable. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Sneakers Plus. You may return the item to Sneakers Plus within 30 days of the purchase date.
We do not do exchanges, you can return the product for a refund.
The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
All returns must be authorized by Sneakers Plus. Please email us at sneakersplus@hotmail.com to request an authorization number.
Authorized returns are accepted 30 days after the date of purchase.
Items may be returned at your expense for a refund, but the original shipping charge is not refundable. All items must be in their new, original selling condition with all tags and any extras intact. Orders should be wrapped or boxed and paper should not be taped to the outside of the product box. Your authorization number must be written on the address label.
Any procedures not adhered to may result in your return being refused.
Shipping charges and/or terms may be modified in certain circumstances. In that event, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with your order.
Shipping Policy for Delivered but Not Received Packages
At Sneakers Plus, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise where a package is marked as delivered but is not received by the customer. Below is our policy for addressing such situations:
- Confirming Delivery If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify the delivery address provided during checkout.
- Check your surroundings (e.g., porch, mailbox, neighbors, or building management) as the carrier may have left the package in a secure location.
- Look for any delivery notifications or updates from the carrier.
2. Reporting the Issue If the package is still missing after confirming the above, please notify us within 3 days of the marked delivery date by contacting our customer service team at sneakersplus@hotmail.com. Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Description of the issue
3. Investigation Process
Upon receiving your report, we will:
- Open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process typically takes 90 days.
- Request additional information or evidence if needed, such as photos of the delivery area or any carrier communications.
4. Resolution Options
Once the investigation is complete:
- If the carrier confirms non-delivery or a delivery error: We will offer a refund.
- If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address. We will provide guidance on next steps, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or local authorities for potential theft.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to assist with lost packages, Sneakers Plus is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend customers take the following precautions:
- Ensure a secure delivery location.
- Opt for signature confirmation or insurance for high-value items.
